01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "slvip," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at slvip.cam, operated under a valid PAGCOR license.
• "Player," "User," or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the slvip platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on slvip, through which gaming, financial transactions, and account management functions are accessed.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in their slvip account wallet, which are available for gaming and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account, which are subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, sports betting market, instant game, bingo room, or other wagering product available on the slvip platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body that licenses and oversees slvip's gaming operations.
• "Applicable Law" refers to all relevant statutes, regulations, executive orders, and circulars of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 and its amendments.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing slvip through any device or browser, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered on slvip, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

Your continued use of slvip following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. slvip will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of material changes via on-platform notices or email to the registered address on file.

If you are accessing slvip on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on slvip, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of slvip, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from slvip or any affiliated platform;
• You are not included on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or slvip;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) unless prior written approval has been obtained from slvip's compliance team.

3.2 Registration Process

To open an account on slvip, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. By submitting the registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

slvip reserves the right to require additional verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification document (passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on slvip. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether through different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

04 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your slvip account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify slvip immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, a security breach, or any compromise of your account credentials. slvip's contact for such notifications is [email protected]. slvip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access that occurred prior to your notification to us, except to the extent caused by our own negligence.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. All wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and communications made through your account are deemed to have been made by you personally, regardless of who actually placed them, unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access as described above.

You must promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy. Provision of false or misleading account information, or failure to update information that has changed, may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

slvip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Platform's cashier section, which is updated from time to time. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

slvip is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, bank processing schedules, or Force Majeure events. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, Players must contact support before making a duplicate transaction.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, or to a verified bank account matching your registered account details. slvip does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before your first withdrawal will be processed. Withdrawal requests received from unverified accounts will be held pending verification. Processing times for approved GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking business day. slvip reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to releasing withdrawal funds, which may extend processing times.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on slvip are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). slvip does not currently accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your responsibility.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

slvip is committed to compliance with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended by Republic Act No. 10365, and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. We are required to monitor transactions, report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and may freeze accounts or hold funds pending investigation in accordance with our AML obligations. Players are reminded that the slvip platform is not to be used as a financial instrument and that funds deposited must be used for genuine gaming activity.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

slvip offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Bonus Funds are held separately from Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion; unclaimed or unused bonuses expire automatically;
• slvip reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a qualifying account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in certain game categories as specified in the promotion terms;
• slvip reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and bonus-derived winnings if we reasonably suspect bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, collusion, or any other fraudulent activity in connection with the promotion.

07 Gaming Rules

Each game available on slvip is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

slvip uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games, and live casino games are operated under controlled studio conditions by qualified dealers. Game outcomes are determined solely by the game software or live dealing process, and slvip does not manipulate outcomes in its favour.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, slvip's game logs constitute the authoritative record of all gameplay. Bets that cannot be completed due to a malfunction will be voided and the wagered amount refunded to the Player's account. slvip is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

slvip reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is reasonable evidence of software exploitation, manipulation of the gaming environment, collusion between players, or any other form of cheating. Any winnings derived from such activity are subject to forfeiture.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on slvip and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies, or any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine gambling activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the slvip platform or its content;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing slvip staff or other players through any communication channel on the platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, game assets, graphics, user interfaces, text, and other materials available on slvip are the exclusive property of slvip or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the slvip platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of slvip's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

slvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

slvip will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory reporting, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. By creating an account on slvip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, slvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits you made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

slvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether slvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit slvip's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

The slvip platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

12 Responsible Gaming

slvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools and resources to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options accessible from your account settings.

If you believe that you or someone you know may have a problem with gambling, we strongly encourage you to use slvip's self-exclusion feature and to seek assistance from qualified support services. Problem gambling is a recognized health issue, and support is available.

slvip strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and maintains robust age verification procedures. We will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the platform. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be under 21 years of age, we reserve the right to suspend that account immediately and request age verification documentation.

13 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your slvip account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to a verified payment method in your name, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus Funds and any associated pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

slvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete identity verification; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or at the direction of PAGCOR or any competent authority.

Upon termination of your account by slvip for breach of these Terms, slvip reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation, and to permanently forfeit such balance if we determine that it was derived from prohibited conduct or fraudulent activity.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of slvip, you agree to first contact slvip's customer support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved promptly through this channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with slvip's handling of a dispute may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its established complaints resolution procedures.

15 Amendments to These Terms

slvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered Players via on-platform notification and/or email to the registered address. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice, which shall not be less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for material changes.

Your continued use of slvip after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The version number and last updated date displayed at the top of this document indicate the currently operative version.
