6.1 Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the slvip platform. These providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed by slvip and in accordance with the DPA. They include payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), identity verification and KYC service providers, customer support platform providers, cybersecurity and fraud detection vendors, and cloud infrastructure partners.
6.2 Regulatory & Legal Authorities
slvip is required by Philippine law to disclose certain player data to regulatory and law enforcement authorities. This includes mandatory reporting to PAGCOR as our licensing authority, submission of suspicious transaction reports (STRs) and covered transaction reports (CTRs) to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and disclosure in response to valid court orders, subpoenas, or other lawful legal processes issued by competent Philippine authorities.
6.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or a substantial portion of slvip's business or assets, personal data held by slvip may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. We will notify affected Players via email or on-platform notification prior to any such transfer, and the acquiring entity will be required to honor the terms of this Policy or provide Players with adequate notice of any changes.
07 International Data Transfers
Some of our technology partners and service providers may be located outside the Philippines. Safeguards for international transfers may include binding contractual clauses requiring the recipient to protect data to standards equivalent to the DPA, transferring only to countries with comparable data protection frameworks, or obtaining your explicit consent for specific transfers where required by the NPC.

08 Data Retention
slvip retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing obligations. The following retention periods apply as general guidelines:

12 Children's Privacy

14 Amendments to This Policy
slvip reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal requirements, or regulatory guidance from the National Privacy Commission.
